The Theme: Belief and Becoming
Every summit explores the same core theme:
What beliefs are holding you back and who could you become if you let them go?
Each man comes with a different story, but the work is universal. In the stillness, truth surfaces. Limiting beliefs crack open. A different kind of strength begins to form, the kind that doesn’t need noise to prove itself.
What You’ll Experience:
Arrival | Thursday Night
We gather around the fire, men from all walks of life, united by a single intention: to wake up. The noise fades. You set your intention and step into silence.
48 Hours of Silence | Friday–Saturday
No talking. No screens. Just wilderness, solitude, and the sound of your own breath. Discomfort will come first. Then, awareness. Then, peace.
When the mind quiets, your beliefs reveal themselves and you begin the work of choosing what stays and what goes.
Integration | Saturday Evening – Sunday Morning
We break silence, share insights, and name what has shifted. You leave the woods different than you arrived, clearer, lighter, more grounded in truth.
The Integration Experience
Your transformation doesn’t end when you pack up camp.
Every Silent Summit now includes a 30-day private Marco Polo channel for attendees, an exclusive circle for reflection, coaching prompts, and accountability with your facilitators.
You’ll also receive a guided integration journal to help you apply what surfaced, track new insights, and stay in practice long after the summit ends.
Silence is the spark. Integration is the transformation.
Held Four Times Each Year
Each Silent Summit follows the same theme, Belief and Becoming, but the experience deepens every time you attend.
Many men choose to return to continue the work and layer new insights as life evolves.
Space is limited to 8–12 men per summit.
You may attend more than one per year.
At registration, select the date you want to reserve your place for.
This experience is a call to action for men who are ready to lead their lives with purpose and authenticity.
The Silent Summit is for men who are:
Tired of surface-level living.
Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed or restless.
Ready to challenge the narratives that no longer fit.
Seeking authentic brotherhood and personal mastery.
If you’re ready to face the man in the mirror and hear what he’s been trying to say, this is your place.
The Details
We caravan to a preselected location on National Park land together. Once there:
Each man sets up his private campsite
Equipment and provisions provided by each man (list after enrollment)
24/7 facilitator support and emergency contact access
The work doesn’t end when you leave the mountain.
It begins there.
Each Silent Summit includes 30 days of private Marco Polo access, a tight, exclusive circle where you’ll stay connected to the men who stood beside you in silence.
You’ll unpack what surfaced, stay accountable, and keep the fire alive long after you return home.
And because transformation isn’t a one-weekend event, you’ll also receive a 90-Day Integration Plan, a guided roadmap to ensure the insights you discovered in silence become the foundation of how you lead, love, and live.
You’ll walk away with more than reflection.
You’ll walk away with a plan, brotherhood, and momentum.

The Stillness Summit speaks to the core of Mark's purpose. Helping men to step in, rather than away from their true self and find what's available to each man...
happiness, satisfaction, empowerment and a full, inspired life.
"My life changed forever"
I'd say now with the power of The Undaunted Man I am a completely different person. It's pretty much like having a 360 degree feedback on yourself. - Jason Breton

"I feel lit up every day"

"Highly recommend this"
“By learning to focus on my state of being, and taking action from that place, my life completely transformed. I am currently in a joyful, fulfilled marriage, and an owner of a successful business. The leaders of Undaunted are truly gifted in their work, and are adept at creating a container of growth unlike any I’ve experienced.”
- Andrew Kiminski

"Formative experience"

The summit will be held on remote public land In Colorado. Exact location will be determined closer to the retreat date and based on number of registrants.
Activities will begin at 5 PM on Thursday, but it's best to arrive at least a couple of hours early. We usually meet at 2pm to caravan to the park site together.
You will need to arrange your own transportation to the campsite, and carpooling is strongly recommended. We will connect people for carpooling to the best of our ability. High-clearance vehicles are recommended. You will want to fly into either Grand Junction or Denver if arriving by plane.
You will need to bring your own camping gear and food for three days—bonus points for fasting during the retreat for extra clarity. There's no need to buy gear - borrowed or rented gear from REI, for example, works fine as long as you're comfortable using it before you arrive.
This is a silent summit. All electronics are strictly forbidden. If you don't want the temptation, program facilitators will keep your electronics securely locked up for the duration of the retreat.
Mark Johnson will serve as the emergency contact and coordinator for the retreat. Should you need support or in the unlikely event an emergency arises, he will be there to assist you.
